Recipes: Calming Clary Sage Massage Blend
This comforting massage oil will help melt away anxiety. If you haven't time for a massage, simply inhale the scent occasionally.
5 drops clary sage essential oil
5 drops basil essential oil
5 drops lavender essential oil
2 drops geranium essential oil
2 tablespoons carrier oil (such as sweet almond)
Combine the essential oils with the carrier oil in a small bottle. Cap bottle and swirl to blend before each use.
