This invigorating massage will soothe and revitalize sore, tired muscles after a long, hard day or vigorous workout.

4 tablespoons of sweet almond, grapeseed or jojoba oil (or a combination)
13 drops lavender essential oil
5 drops peppermint essential oil
4 drops eucalyptus essential oil
2 drops rosemary essential oil
